Ethnicsupport Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have heating or cooling trouble with independent providers. If you run an HVAC business and want qualified calls, this page is for you.

This is not employment. We do not hire technicians or place workers. You stay an independent business, run your own schedule and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers that serve homeowners in Agawam Town and the Agawam Town area. That includes:

• Residential AC repair and cooling service
• Residential furnace repair and heating service
• Replacement work when a repair no longer makes sense

Small and mid-size local shops are a good fit. So are providers who know older homes, basement mechanical rooms and mixed housing stock.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required in their state
• Respond to referred homeowners promptly and politely
• Be honest about availability, without overpromising
• Give written quotes before major work
• Explain findings in plain language
• Handle their own contracts, warranties and billing

Providers who skip these basics may be removed from the network.

We review each application and reply with next steps. Being listed does not mean a set number of referrals. Call volume depends on season, weather and demand in your area.
